1. Introduction

Welcome to BBE Prep Platform ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our website, services, and educational materials (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Educational Purpose Only

The Service is an educational tool designed to assist students in preparing for entrance examinations. We provide practice materials, simulations, and study guides.

We are an independent platform and are NOT affiliated, associated, authorized, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with WU Vienna (Wirtschaftsuniversität Wien) or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates. The official WU Vienna website can be found at wu.ac.at.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall BBE Prep Platform, its affiliates, directors, or employees be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Service.
• Any failure to achieve a desired exam result or university admission.
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service.

Our total liability for any claims under these terms, including for any implied warranties, is limited to the amount you paid us to use the Service (or, if we choose, to supplying you the Service again).

5. Subscriptions and Refunds

The Service is billed on a subscription or one-time payment basis ("Billing"). You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information.

Unless otherwise required by mandatory local law, all fees are non-refundable once access to the digital content has been granted. By purchasing access, you acknowledge that you gain immediate access to our intellectual property and practice materials, thereby waiving your right to a cooling-off period where applicable for digital goods.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (including but not limited to practice questions, text, graphics, and logos) are and will remain the exclusive property of BBE Prep Platform. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial study purposes only.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
